Orders & Products

What coffee do you offer?

We currently offer our signature Eden blend — a smooth, chocolatey and nutty coffee designed for everyday enjoyment and moments of rest.

Do you sell whole beans or ground coffee?

Both. You can choose between whole beans or your preferred grind, depending on how you brew your coffee.

What grind options are available?

We offer grind options suitable for espresso, filter, plunger (French press), and moka pot. We also understand that grind levels can be subject to the type of machine that you use so be sure to let us know if you require industrial ground espresso, home machine ground espresso (coarser) would be sold at default. 

How fresh is the coffee?

Our coffee is roasted locally in small batches and packed fresh to ensure the best flavour in every cup.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, with delivery typically taking 2 - 5 business days depending on your location.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or shared with you before payment, depending on your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes — tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where available).

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my coffee?

We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns on opened coffee?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened products due to health and safety reasons.
